FRANK: Creative Solutions is a consulting practice serving nonprofit arts and cultural organizations. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
What we collect. If you fill out our intake form or book a call, we collect what you tell us: your name, your email address, your organization, and whatever you choose to share about the work you need help with. If you email us directly, we have your email and its contents. Our website host, Wix, also collects standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and which pages you visited.
Why we collect it. To respond to you, to prepare for a conversation, and to understand whether we are the right fit for your organization. That is the whole list.
What we do not do. We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled out an intake form. If we ever start a newsletter, you will be asked first.
Who can see it. J.J. El-Far. FRANK is a solo practice, so in almost every case that is the complete answer. We use ordinary business tools to run the practice, including website hosting, email, scheduling, document storage, and project management, and your information may be stored in them. We may also share information with a contractor working on your engagement, or where the law requires it.
Scheduling and third-party tools. Booking a call uses Google Calendar's appointment scheduling, which is governed by Google's own privacy policy. This website is hosted by Wix, which is governed by Wix's privacy policy.
How long we keep it. Intake form submissions and correspondence are retained while there is an active or prospective working relationship, and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. If you would like your information deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Cookies. This site uses cookies set by Wix to make the site function and to understand basic traffic patterns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
Your choices. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jj@frankcreativesolutions.com and we will respond.
Children. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes. If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
